  • AI Usage: If generative AI tools are used for brainstorming or drafting, they must be explicitly acknowledged and cited. Work submitted must be a result of the student's own effort and critical thinking.

  • Consequences: Violations of this integrity policy, including cheating or improper use of external assistance, will lead to formal review and may result in the loss of course credit.

2. Return & Refund Policy (Digital Products)

As you are selling digital curriculum bundles, clarity is essential to prevent misunderstandings.

  • Refund Window: Refund requests are eligible within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded.

  • Non-Refundable Conditions: Once a user has accessed a significant portion of the material, or if the content has been printed, the sale is considered final.

  • Support & Response: We aim to respond to all student inquiries within a stated timeframe (e.g., 48 hours).

  • Assessment Standards: Our assessments are designed to measure genuine understanding rather than rote memorization, building upon the skills learned in previous units.
